Not sure who looks to be the TEAM TO BEAT there next year figure that it will be the usual (Castlewood and TS)

i just want to say, that he was right in a sense on that, most supplements allow more blood to flow into the muscle (also includes water there mister intellectual) to let the nutrients get in. so although the water doesnt make the muscle grow, it helps promote the muscle growth by saturating the tissue with nutrient rich blood.
